## 1. 이용 요금

큐샵에서는 Free(프리) 플랜으로도 PG 가입과 상품 등록 등 **기본적인 판매 기능을 모두 이용할 수 있습니다.**\
초기 비용 부담 없이 합리적인 요금제로 손쉽게 판매를 시작해 보세요.

유료 플랜으로 업그레이드하면 **커스텀 도메인 연결 등 고급 기능을 제한 없이** 활용하실 수 있습니다.

## 2. 환불

### 2-1. 환불 안내

* 큐샵의 모든 요금제는 **결제일로부터 14일 이내** 환불 요청시 큐샵 이용 여부와 무관하게 즉시 **전액 환불** 가능합니다.
* 요금제의 이용 기간은 결제 완료일을 사용 1일째로 계산하여 환불 요청 시점(환불 요청일)까지의 기간을 의미합니다.
* **결제일로부터 14일이 경과**한 경우 즉시 전액 환불은 불가하며, 요금제의 정가를 기준으로 이용 기간만큼을 일할 계산하여 환불 가능한 금액 내에서 **차감 후 환불**됩니다.
* 구매하신 요금제에 프로모션, 이벤트, 쿠폰, 추천인 혜택 등을 통한 할인이 적용되어 있는 경우 이용하신 기간 및 할인율에 따라 환불 가능 금액이 부족하여 환불이 불가할 수 있습니다.

### 2-2. 전액 환불

전액 환불이란 사이트별로 결제된 요금제에 대한 결제 취소 및 결제액 전액 환불을 의미합니다.

큐샵의 모든 요금제는 **결제일로부터 14일 이내**에 환불 요청이 접수된 경우, 요청 접수 즉시 자동으로 결제 취소 및 전액 환불이 이뤄집니다. (단, PG사의 취소 승인 기간에 따라 카드 승인 취소는 영업일 기준 3\~4일 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.)

### 2-3. 부분 환불

부분 환불이란 사이트별로 결제된 요금제에 대해 해당 요금제를 이용한 만큼의 일수를 일할 계산하여 차감 후 남은 기간만큼을 환불해 드리는 방법을 의미합니다. 큐샵의 모든 요금제는 결제일로부터 14일이 지났다면 부분 환불을 통해서만 결제 취소 및 환불이 가능합니다.

연간 결제의 경우 결제 시 **할인 요율이 적용**되어 있어,

이용 기간 중 해지 시 **환불 가능 금액이 없거나 매우 적을 수 있습니다.**

이는 이용 기간 동안 정가 기준 요금이 차감되기 때문이며,\
실제 결제 금액보다 이용 금액이 많은 경우 **환불이 불가능할 수 있습니다.**

#### 일할계산이란?

큐샵의 모든 요금제는 요금제별 이용 가능한 **구독 기간**이 정해져 있으며, 결제일을 이용 기간의 1일째로 이후부터 하루씩 이용 기간이 차감됩니다. 이때 요금제 결제액에서 **요금제 정가** 금액에 대한 **하루당 비용**에 이용기간 만큼을 곱한 비용을 차감하여 일할 계산하게 됩니다.

※ 1개월은 **30일**로 계산, 부가세(VAT)별도

#### 환불 가능 금액이란?

부분 환불 시 일할 계산의 기준이 되는 금액은 **요금제 정가**입니다. 따라서 요금제 구매 당시 할인을 받으신 경우 **할인이 적용된 결제 총액**보다 **정가를 기준으로 하는 일할 계산 이용 금액**이 더 커질 수 있으며, 이 경우 환불이 불가합니다.

* 부분 환불이 가능한 경우: 결제일로부터 14일 초과 되었으며 이용 기간에 대한 일할 계산을 차감한 결제액이 남아 있는 경우
* 부분 환불이 불가능한 경우: 결제일로부터 14일 이내 또는 이용 기간에 대한 일할 계산 총액이 결제액을 초과하는 경우

## 3. 다운 그레이드 안내

### 3-1. 구독 해지 및 환불로 인한 사이트 제한 사항

환불 요청을 통해 전체 취소 또는 부분 취소 완료 시 사이트는 무료(Free) 플랜으로 다운그레이드됩니다.

다운그레이드 시 아래와 같은 기능이 제한됩니다.

* 환불 : **환불 완료 즉시 서비스가 제한**됩니다.
* 구독 해지 : 만료일까지 서비스를 이용 후 더 이상 자동 결제가 진행되지 않으며, **만료일 다음 날부터 서비스가 제한**됩니다.

등록된 데이터가 삭제되는 것은 아니며 **다시 구독 결제**를 진행하는 경우 기존 정보는 **활성화**됩니다.

## 4. 업그레이드 안내

현재는 플랜 간 직접 업그레이드(예: 스타터 → 그로스)를 지원하지 않습니다.

상위 플랜으로 이용을 원하실 경우,

기존 결제를 취소(환불) 후 새로 결제를 진행해주셔야 합니다.

연간 결제의 경우 결제 시 할인 요율이 적용되어 있어,
\
**이용 기간 중 해지 시 환불금이 발생하지 않거나 매우 적을 수 있습니다**.

이 경우 **기존 구독의 잔여 이용 기간은 소멸**되며,

**새 플랜 결제일로부터 이용기간이 새로 시작**됩니다.
