다가오는 휴무일 및 운영시간 단축일에 대해 안내드립니다. 

**■ 고객센터 휴무일 ■**

• 2025년 12월 25일 성탄절\
• 2026년 1월 1일 신정

 

**■ 고객센터 운영시간 단축 ■**

• 2025년 12월 31일(수) 09:00 \~ 12:00

 

12월 31일 수요일은 사내 타운홀 일정으로 인한 단축 근무를 시행하므로

오전 9시부터 오후 12시까지만 운영되는 점, 이용에 참고 및 양해 부탁드리겠습니다. 

휴무일에도 지속적으로 모니터링은 진행될 예정이며, 실시간 고객지원 상담은 이루어지지 않으니 

문의사항은 채널톡으로 남겨주시면 업무가 복귀되는대로 순차적으로 안내 도와드리겠습니다.

실시간 상담 외 다른 서비스(플랜 구독, 에디터 및 어드민)는 정상적으로 모두 이용하실 수 있습니다.

앞으로도 더욱 좋은 서비스를 제공해 드리기 위해 노력하는 큐샵이 되겠습니다.
