# 메시지 발신 관리

## 메시지 발신 관리란?

메시지 발신 관리는 사이트에 가입이 된 회원에게 공지사항, 이벤트 등 사이트의 전달 사항을 SMS를 통해 발신하는 기능입니다.

전체 회원 또는 특정 그룹을 지정하여 발신이 가능하며, 발송 건수를 충전 후 차감이 되는 유료 부가 서비스 입니다.

메시지 발신을 위해서는 발신 전화번호 등록이 필요합니다. 발신 전화번호 등록 방법은 \[SMS 발신 설정] 가이드를 참고 부탁드립니다.

## 1. 메시지 보내기

전체 회원 또는 특정 그룹을 지정하여 메시지를 발송 할 수 있습니다.

문자 발송에는 충전이 필요하며, 90바이트(한글 약 45자)가 초과될 경우 LMS로 전환되어 3건이 차감됩니다.

### 1-1. 메시지 발송 시 주의 사항

메시지 발송 시 아래 사항을 위반하게 될 경우 <mark style="color:red;">3천만 원 이하의 과태료</mark>가 부과될 수 있습니다.

1. 광고성 문자 전송 시 메시지 시작되는 부분에 **(광고)를** 입력해 주세요. (광/고), (광\_고), (광,고) 와 같이 변칙 표기는 안됩니다.
2. 수신자가 식별할 수 있도록 전송자의 명칭(업체명 또는 서비스명)을 입력해 주세요.
3. 수신 거부 또는 수신동의철회 방법 및 수신 거부 시 비용이 발생하지 않는다는 내용을 명시해야합니다.
4. 야간 발송 (한국시간 기준으로 21시부터 익일 8시까지)을 하면 안됩니다.
5. **수신자가 통신사의 스팸차단 서비스를 이용 중인 경우, 문자 도달 여부를 시스템에서는 알 수 없기에 문자는 정상 발송되고 과금 처리됩니다.**

## 2. 발신 내역 관리

발신 내역 관리 페이지를 통해 총 발송 건수 및 발송한 메시지에 대한 정보를 확인 할 수 있습니다.
